When there is no reason to worry
Not always washing in cold water is a breakdown. You may have:
Selected the cold water wash mode. Look to see if the program is correct.
You “didn’t get to the washing machine in time.” For example, the washer has not yet had time to heat the water. Or is already rinsing the laundry? Try running the wash at a high temperature (60-90 C°) and touch the glass for 10-20 minutes after starting it: usually, this is the time when the heating occurs.
If the mode was selected correctly, the temperature is set above 30C°, and the glass of the door remains cold – probably in the machine breakdown, because of which it does not heat water.
