TrueSteam. Pre-cleaning of large food residues.
Steam Dual Spray function. The intensity of cleaning dishes in the upper and lower hopper containers is different. This allows you to put items of different levels of dirt at the same time and combine the washing of fragile plates with coarse pans.
Inverter Direct Drive. The inverter-type motor is responsible for the simultaneous performance of two tasks with varying degrees of steam intensity. Maximum utilization of motor power.
MultiMotion. Rotating detergent sprayer guarantees faster cleaning. Water is sprayed in all directions. This solution saves time and reduces energy consumption – a full cycle takes about an hour.
EasyRack Plus. Adjustable hopper system for easy loading of your dishes. The hopper racks can be configured to make better use of the space available. Increases the capacity of the washing chamber and makes it possible to load larger items and irregularly shaped dishes.
SmartDiagnosis. LG dishwashers borrowed this option from washing machines. The function is used to detect malfunctions. The unit analyzes the breakdown and informs the user of the cause of the failure, and gives instructions for action.
If the failure is serious or the fault is caused by a factory defect – the message is duplicated to the service center. The company sends a technician to repair the failure.
LoDecibel. The technology in combination with multilayer noise insulation contributes to suppressing the hum of the dishwasher. The noise level of LoDecibel models does not exceed 42 dB – the sound is comparable to a quiet voice.
The lamp lasts 25 minutes after the end of the cycle. If the dishwasher is left uncovered for 1.5 hours after UV sterilization, the disinfection cycle will repeat itself.
Programs and extra options
LG dishwashers have a practical set of functions.
There are 5-6 programs in the arsenal of most models:
Normal. Daily washing mode for not very dirty dishes. A basic wash and rinse cycle at 65°C.
Intensive. Suitable for pots, pans, and overly dirty plates with sticky or burnt food. It has two wash cycles: a prewash at 45°C and the main wash at 60°C. Pre-rinsing with water warmed up to 70°C.
Economy. Maximum efficient use of water and electricity. This model is designed for dishes with ordinary soiling. The main cycle temperature is 45°C, rinsing temperature is 60°C.
Delicate. Cleaning of fragile items made of glass and porcelain. Heating water up to 40°C, hot rinsing after washing at 55°C.
Fast. The express cycle is suitable for lightly soiled dishes or for cleaning recently used cutlery.
Besides the basic programs, LG dishwashers have additional modes. Selecting one or the other option changes the standard course of the cycle.
Delayed start allows you to program the beginning of washing. The time interval depends on the model.
In some LG machines the following options are realized:
Dual wash – combined washing of dishes of different soiling;
Extra Hot – cleaning mode with the maximum water heating to 80°C;
Sani – rinsing of dishes at 77°C.
The Auto mode is available in the latest series models. The unit independently selects the program parameters: washing time and temperature. The selection algorithm is based on the readings of the sensors for turbidity of water and soiling of dishes.
